The friendly robot designed to empower children

It's helpful for every human to understand their emotions and take care of their mental health.

The lovable Gheorg characters guide kids through exercises to improve resilience and emotional intelligence.

The app includes the three main streams of psychological therapy used across Australia and America to treat childhood anxiety:

  • positive psychology for neuro-shaping balanced thinking,

  • cognitive behaviour therapy to help children understand the connections between thoughts, behaviours and emotions, and

  • acceptance commitment therapy to help children understand that difficult emotions can be okay.

The app is co-designed with hundreds of kids, teachers, parents and other health professionals including psychologists.

Gheorg makes it easy to see progress over time through daily check-ins and deep breathing exercises for self calming.

The act of checking-in daily can help children to understand their feelings and can help them to talk about them. Deep breathing and gratitude exercises help children gain perspective in worrying moments.
